By placing a pre-order, you reserve stock before the product arrives. You may secure your item by paying the full product price and receive a 5% discount. Alternatively, you may secure it with a 50% deposit calculated against the full product price. If you miss the pre-order deadline, please follow our updates. For selected products, the quantity ordered from the brand may exceed confirmed pre-orders, and any remaining units may be offered as in-stock items after arrival.

The current estimated shipping date is based on the release schedule announced by the brand. Pre-order timing may be delayed by changes to the brand’s production schedule, product revisions, additional quality inspections or rework, logistics lead times, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control. VibeMax aims to deliver every order on schedule, and delays are never the outcome we want. If a delay occurs, we sincerely appreciate your patience. A delayed arrival is not grounds for cancellation or a refund.

Once the pre-order product arrives at a VibeMax warehouse or store, we will email you to prepare for delivery or collection. The email may include, without limitation: 1. payment links for the remaining balance and any applicable shipping fee; and 2. the available store-pickup time. Customers who paid in full and qualify for free shipping or free store pickup can proceed directly to delivery or collection. If a balance or shipping fee remains due, payment must be completed within 14 calendar days. If payment is not completed within that period, the order will be treated as voluntarily forfeited and the deposit already paid will not be refunded.

After all outstanding payments are completed, we generally dispatch the order within 48 hours or arrange store pickup according to the fulfillment method selected at checkout. Orders are fulfilled in the order that balance payments are completed. Every parcel is reinforced and protected against compression. If a product is damaged in transit despite these precautions, please contact us immediately.
